Return & Refund Policy

At MSPrintRefurb.live, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are an independent third-party seller of factory refurbished printers and accessories with all elements themselves thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipment. This Refund Policy defines the circumstances when returns, replacements and refunds will be accepted.

Customers are advised to consult the product description, specification & compatibility info prior to ordering. Since we sell refurbished products, items may have light cosmetic imperfections or be slightly used that will not affect functionality. Cosmetic conditions are not defects to begin with, and so for that reason alone do not merit a refund.

Customers need to inform us within seven days of taking delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described on our website. Your claim might also require an explanation as to the issue and any photographs that support your case. Once we have validated the claim, we will determine whether you receive a replacement, store credit, assistance in repairing the items or a refund.

Refund will not be entertained for returns with products that have been misused, damaged due to negligence of the customer (including but not limited to damages due to improper installation), returned without accessories / components / Original packaging originally shipped. Products returned without proper authorization may not be accepted.

As MSPrintRefurb.live works on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, any approved refunds will be initiated through an alternative mode as mutually decided by the customer and our support team. The handling time is based on the type of request, but generally takes up to (1-4) days for verification and currency/banking/payment processing arrangements.

Customers are responsible for complying with return instructions from our team. We may determine in some situations that return packaging shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returned products are subject to inspection prior to any refund or exchange being authorized.

MSPrintRefurb.live reserves the right to reject refunds where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of the return policy or policy violations. We may amend or change this Refund Policy at any time without notice. By continuing to use our website and services, you are accepting the latest version of this policy. By making an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
